RUBY:       I've been doing exotic pet rescue for about 2 years out of my home. I am a Certified Veterinary Assistant; I worked in clinics for about 3 years where i finally decided I wanted to focus more on saving unwanted animals and went into rescue. I have 15 years’ experience working with animals of all sorts, everything from cats and dogs to reptiles, birds, and even some livestock. I worked in a clinic where I learned how to handle and care for birds of prey for a year in a half. I have been a stable girl cleaning up after horses, llama, pigs, goats and sheep. The only animals i don’t like are bugs... of any kind they creep me out.  Animals are my life I am fully dedicated to making sure every animal I take in is cared for with the best possible care i can give them including vet care if needed.

MIKE:     I have been a licensed contractor for 6 years. I love building cages for animals.

 

DAVID:       I am 14 years old attend California Middle School where I am in the 7th grade. Every day after school I come home and help care for the animals, feeding them and cleaning cages. I love the time i have to play and socialize with all the animals, and it teaches me a lot about responsibility. My other hobbies are Drawing and building things. I like to help my Dad mike build the cages.
