Surrender

before taking in an animal we ask a few health related questions and find out any details about the animal itself.  Any health issues the animals may have does not hinder its chances at being taken in!! We simply need to know what we are getting into so we can give the animal the best care possible.  

 There is a Pet Release form that needs to be signed acknowledging you are surrendering your pet releasing all liability and giving Scales and Tails all legal rights and ownership of the pet. Once the form is signed and the pet is taken in there is no going back. We do not offer fostering I'm sorry.
